- 500 gr of mascarpone
- 300 gr of semi-whipped cream
- 125 gr icing sugar
- 45 gr of egg yolk
- a dash of liquor (we use Brandy)
- 500 gr ladyfingers
Mix the egg yolk, powdered sugar and brady, add the mascarpone and whisk with the ingredients, finally lighten with the semi whipped cream using a spatula from the bottom up (a spoon is good too).
Make the first layer with the cream obtained, dip the ladyfingers in the coffee and proceed in layers, at the end sprinkle with cocoa.
You could put dark chocolate flakes between one layer and another!
