DOSES
- 300 gr flour 00
- 100 gr granulated sugar
- 200 gr of fresh butter
- lemon peel
- pinch of salt
- secret ingredient
- 35 gr of egg yolk
PREPARATION
mix the butter with sugar, salt and flour together with the lemon zest, let stand for 10 minutes and add the yolk.
Knead, and let the pastry rest in the refrigerator for at least 45 minutes.
Roll out the shortcrust pastry in a buttered pan, add jam to taste!
